Inbound mobile numbers maybe received by the system and added to the specified group. Inbound messages are denoted with first word routing within the message.
Inbound SMS to groups may be used for voting, requesting specific information with auto replies, road traffic information etc.
Reports
The new reporting application is based on Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.
The two main components of the new reporting system are Report Viewer and Report Export.
Report Export can be produced on a scheduled basis using the Windows Task Scheduler, with print to Excel or PDF formats.
